Halloween day!
We had some very spooky celebrations on our Halloween day, we dressed up in Halloween costumes, played spooky games, carved pumpkins and had a Halloween themed craft afternoon!
We had a lovely lesson in the food technology room baking shortbread biscuits, they were delicious!

EO and RM (Year 5 & 6)  visited the Industrial Museum last Friday, linked to their history topic - 'I'm a Victorian child - get me out of here! They took part in a Victorian school lesson, which was very strict!
They were also given Victorian names - Rose and Joshua! They enjoyed learning about Victorian life and industry but both children decided they would not want to be a Victorian child, as life was tough!

On Wednesday, 13th November, Paul Whittaker's (RP) class joined their mainstream class to watch an engaging and interactive road safety show/quiz. The children contributed answers to the quiz and enjoyed the visual videos and activities that accompanied it. They now feel more knowledgeable about road safety behaviours and traffic rules.

'It's Great to be ME!'
The RP KS2 children had a wonderful and engaging session with our PSHCE SCARF Life Caravan visitors. During the session, we participated in a range of activities that focused on embracing the uniqueness of each individual. We explored how each person brings something special and we discussed the importance of celebrating our differences. Through games, discussion and group exercises, the children learned how diversity strengthens our bonds and helps us grow together. Mrs Cassandro (Paul Whittaker class)
