We are Vivaldi. We are an enthusiastic and happy class of 29 pupils. Our class teacher is Mr George and our teaching assistants are Miss Greenwood and Miss Ward.
Our classroom is very bright and colourful and our working walls help us with our learning.
As we are the oldest children in the school, we have an important role in setting a good example to the younger children so we have a Leader in Me display and jobs such as ICT Technicians, Buddies, Furniture Operatives and Librarians.
In Year 6, we must remember all of our equipment! Planners and reading books need to be in school every day. Homework is set every Friday on Google Classroom and it will be handed in before every Wednesday. We also expect our class to have their planner signed every Wednesday.
PE is on a Friday and we come to school every Friday in our PE kit (black, blue or grey tracksuit and white t shirt). Swimming is on a Friday morning for us too, so we bring our kit every week.
At home, we must practise the Year 6 spellings, which can be found in our planners, read at least three times a week and practise the times tables on TT Rockstars.
We have written a class mission statement that demonstrates our promises to be fantastic learners and proactive, kind citizens – you can see our pledge in the Mission Statement section of our class page.
